That progress, together with American steel’s role in building back our economy, requires the continuation of these measures until there is a global solution to the global steel overcapacity crisis.
A sustainable American steel industry is naturally at the heart of a Build Back Better recovery plan. Continuation of the existing Section 232 measures will ensure that U.S. companies and workers can contribute to our economic recovery.
